Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Institute of Physics NSW Branch will be held by both Zoom and In-person at the University Wollongong, Building 67, Room 101 on Wednesday 3rd December 2025, commencing at 5:30 pm.

The Agenda will be as follows:

1. Welcome, attendance and apologies

2. Chair’s Annual Report

3. Treasurer’s Annual Report

4. Nomination of Committee Members for 2026 is open to be elected at the

AGM. We encourage Australian Institute of Physics (AIP) current financial members to nominate for the AIPNSW committee positions OR executive positions including Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. All nominations for committee must reach the Secretary by email on secretary@nsw.aip.org.au by Friday 21 November 2025 (close of business).
